Each person gets read, onboarding, write or customization access. New users start with read only, and the AI only sees the tools a person is allowed to use.

The AI can record plain facts as it works. New rules and corrections wait as proposals until an admin approves them.
Changes are previewed first
Before the AI saves context or a process map, it shows exactly what will change and waits for a yes.
Context you can audit
Process maps and business rules are NetSuite records with an owner and a last-reviewed date. Read, edit or delete them like any other record.

Encrypted credentials
NetSuite credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. API keys are stored only as hashes.
